About Netco
Netco was established in Hertfordshire in 1994 to provide total telecommunication and IT solutions to businesses and organisations across the three counties, and the UK.

In 2007, Netco aquired and moved into a brand new £2m facility within Capability Green, Luton, Bedfordshire. With excellent rail, air, and motorway links across the UK, it gives Netco the ability to reach most national and international destinations rapidly. The Capability Green development is 1 mile from Luton Airport, ½ mile from Junction 10 of the M1, and ½ mile from Luton Airport Parkway station, which is 30 minutes to London Kings Cross (Thameslink).
Capability Green is the premier business park of the South East of England, accommodating businesses such as Anritsu, Astra Zeneca, BAe Systems, Ernst & Young, & Interbrew.
Our Luton demonstration suite has all of the products we sell, including the full range of multimedia call centre software and Microsoft Live Communications Server.

Business Telephone Systems
We advise, supply, install and maintain NEC and a wider range of business telephone systems not only within the UK but also internationally in countries such as the United States, Canada, UAE, Hong Kong, India and Australia. Our customers include Lockheed Martin, Bonhams Auctioneers and the BBC. We consider our business systems maintenance to be amongst the best in the industry. We include free ongoing training and free remote programming from our UK 24 hour support centre.
Telecommunications Consultancy
Netco provide consultancy services to industries such as Call Centres, Housing Associations, Institutions and Charities. Each of our consultants have a minimum of 7 years experience in the telecommunication and IT industries.
Broadband & Telephone Call Charges
Netco are one of the few Direct BT Openreach and BT Wholesale partners enabling Netco direct access to BT’s own Order, Management and Fault Reporting systems. Netco can allocate BT resources, divert calls instantly (in the event of a fault or emergency), place and manage orders for lines, numbers and broadband. This means Netco’s customers have one point of contact for lines, billing, broadband, mobiles and telephone systems.
This is available to Netco’s customers, at a fraction of the cost when you have to deal with BT yourself. It also saves you time and effort as you have a single point of contact with BT.
Mobile Phones
We advise and supply mobile phones from the four main carriers; Orange, Vodaphone, Tmobile and O2. We also offer an outsourced facility where we take the pain away of dealing direct with the carrier.
Online Catalogue
Allows our customers to purchase every day telecom related items via the internet.
Over the years, we have built relationships with companies from all different areas – ranging in size from 5 to over 1500 employees.
